Today Room 7 and I did R.E and we did the God strand. We had to do Scripture research and I did Psalm 23 and 103: 13 with my buddy Ramsey we picked this background because it looks like God is looking after us with his respect, love, and kindness.
Today Room 7 and I did a quiz about our Google drive, files, and folders. I am proud of myself because I got a good score.

This year Room 6 and I have been learning animation and this time we did the story of the birth of Jesus. We need to Prepare for Jesus to come into our hearts and fill us with love for one another.

Last week Room 6 and I did our Solar System. We had to get in two pairs of partners and my partner was John and we had to choose one of the 8 planets to research. John and I got Venus.
One fact about Venus is that the nickname for Venus is Morning Star and the Evening Star. Another fact is on Venus the highest a person can jump is about 67cm before taking off into space.
One mnemonic for our solar system that Mrs Agnew gave was MVEMJSUN which means My Very Energetic Mother Just Served Us Nachos.
This afternoon Room 6 and I did a Haiku Poem. The Haiku Poem is crafted from Japan. The Haiku poem is where you write three lines. In the first line you have to write five syllables and in the 2nd line you have to write 7 syllables and the 3rd line you write 5 syllables again. Look at this Haiku that I wrote.

Mission Day 2024
On Friday 13 September 2024 it was Mission Day. We did Mission Day so St Patrick’s school could raise money for an orphanage in India. I came to school in my mufti clothing feeling thrilled. I was amazed seeing so many cool outfits.
The bell rang and I rushed to class. Then we went to church. We set up our stall and waited for people to come to our stall. The bell rang and THE CHAOS began.
Everyone started to set up their stalls and there were lots of stalls and so much stuff to buy. And I wonder what was there to buy. Then room 1 and room 2 came to our side of the school.
People were buying stuff left and right. It was STILL CHAOS. The First game I went to was a game where you had to throw a little soft ball. I paid 1 dollar for 2 tries and lost so I walked around the school. Then I wanted to try the Throwing game again so I did and I won a drink and 5 lollies.
Then I wanted to buy bracelets so I did that. I was walking around to find my sister and I saw her at the fishing game which is my class’s game and I asked her if she wanted to verse me and she said ‘ok’ so we battled. And I won.
When the bell rang I was at the bracelet store and they said it was for free so I grabbed 10 bracelets. I went to class and there were still lots of balloons that Mr Carroll was selling. Then Ms Kyle came and said to clean up the room and we could watch a movie. We watched an old movie about a little boy and a dragon. Ice blocks came, and I got 2 and I was lucky I got 2. Then we had to go home. We did prayers and lined up and went home.
